  • Carlos Toledo is a well-versed and accomplished Project Manager and Electrical Cost Estimator with over 27+ years of experience and industry insights. Throughout his career, Carlos has demonstrated a journey of perseverance as he rose through the ranks of electrical apprentice to foreman, to project manager, to a highly sought after expert electrical estimator. Carlos’ practical, hands on experience in the field coupled with his exceptional skills in cost estimation assure clients that not only does he know how to get the job done, but he also knows how to get it done at the best price for his clients.

    Carlos has worked on several high-profile projects including the expansion of the LAX airport, development of facebook’s cutting-edge facilities, upgrades to county infrastructure, and the initial budgeting for the groundbreaking $1.2B Los Angeles Clipper Arena.

    Whether the project follows a Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build model, Carlos has a palpable love and enthusiasm for electrical engineering and delivering top-notch results for his clients.

Vice President + Design Manager

  • Vincent Mejia is an experienced designer with 15+ years worth of experience. Throughout his career, Vince has developed significant experience working on the electrical design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Notable projects include the design of the Luxury Villas at Caesars Palace, substation design with Southern California Edison (SCE), and the lighting design for the City of Colton Wastewater Treatment Plant.

    With a strong familiarity with both AutoCAD and Microstation, Vincent has accumulated a large breadth of tools to not only facilitate the design, but also ensure an attention to detail and quality. Vince embodies a “can-do” attitude and has demonstrated time and time again a commitment to delivering high quality products to his clients.
